Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK and US, with plans to expand. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. For UK please allow up to 5 working days from shipping. For US 2-3 weeks.
US customers - Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
For US orders, we typically ship using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service where duties and taxes are covered upfront. This means your order arrives without unexpected charges. We’ll confirm the exact shipping terms when you place your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Are your products designed by you?
Yes — all designs are original artwork created by me in my UK studio, developed into pretty patterns and prints for paper goods and other lovely products.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use high-quality, carefully selected paper stocks with a beautiful feel and print finish, chosen to complement the artwork and ensure a premium result.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes — a curated wholesale range is available for retailers. Please visit the wholesale page or get in touch for line sheets and ordering details.
Will designs be restocked?
At the moment generally yes! Some designs may be seasonal (e.g. Christmas & Easter), so restocks aren’t guaranteed. Feel free to get in touch for any restock requests.
Can I personalise any products?
We are rolling out personalisation! Selected items may offer personalisation options. Where available, this will be clearly shown on the product page.
Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes — our products make beautiful gifts. You can ship directly to the recipient, and we’re working on adding gift-ready packaging options.

How can I place a wholesale order?
Orders can be placed directly with us - we are currently investigating a wholesale website & Faire and will update of our wholesale customers if these options become available. Please contact us to obtain our catalogue and line sheet
Do you have a product catalogue you can send me?
Yes — our wholesale catalogue (line sheet) includes the full product range, pricing, RRPs, minimum order quantities, and ordering details. Please get in touch to request the latest version and we’ll be happy to send it over promptly.

Do you offer design licensing?
Yes — I license original Pretty Festive designs for use on a range of products including stationery, apparel, home décor, and more.

Can I license an existing design or request something custom?
Both are possible — you can license existing designs from my catalogue or discuss a custom project, depending on your needs and availability.
Do you offer exclusive licensing?
Yes — exclusive, semi-exclusive, and non-exclusive licensing options may be available depending on the design and intended use. Please enquire to discuss.
