USAGE:

– Purchase of this product includes a licence (detailed below) for production of end user products only. Please ensure you hold the correct licence prior to using the product.

– Personal Use: Usage is granted for personal purposes that do not involve selling or profiting from these items. Examples include personal branding, creating a logo for your own business, or personal craft projects.

– Small Commercial Use: Your purchase includes a licence for commercial use of one project, allowing the production of up to 100 end-user products. This licence is valid for businesses with up to 2 full-time employees and an annual turnover of £100,000 or less. If your needs exceed these limits, please purchase one of our extended CU licences.

– For template products e.g. Corjil, Templett an additional licence is needed and can be found in the shop. Template designs must be flattered, non-extractable.

– Uploading to Print on Demand sites is strictly prohibited, even with a licence.

– Can create up to 100 end -user fabric products using Spoonflower or similar. My designs must be kept private and cannot be used to sell any print-on-demand items or fabric by the yard.

– Cannot use any designs for creating other design resources to sell e.g. clipart, digital stickers, seamless patterns, embroidery designs, elements, ready-made logos etc.

– When creating goods for sale, you do not have to credit Pretty Festive Design as the creator of the graphics, but you may not claim these designs as your own or suggest that you designed them.

– Colours may differ between screens, printers, and materials, please perform a test print before finalising your project. We are not responsible for any colour discrepancies or printing errors.

– By purchasing this product you confirm that you understand and agree to all Terms of Use.

“End user products” refers to final products that are created using a design or digital resource, intended for personal or commercial use by the purchaser or their customers e.g. apparel, gifts, stationery. Each item sold counts as one use.

This is a digital download product – no physical product will be sent to you. Watermarks, logos and background textures are not included. Please note that I am not responsible for providing technical support or guidance on how to use these files.
